TEAM Nepal (Together Everyone Achieves More) is a Non Government, Non-political, Non Profit, Social Organization working in the fields of Health, Education, Environment and Children. This organization is originally composed of experienced Nepalese social workers and some International Volunteers from Ireland, Australia, France, Italy, Germany and Many other countries. We have  integrated community development knowledge and experience in Nepal.  The main aspiration of developing this organization came from the common effort of  people having similar thoughts on community development.  Three years of communitywork experience from our team members brought us together to now form this organization . TEAM Nepal in the beginning aims to function as a development partner in the mid development region of Nepal by collaborating with various development agencies and International Non Government Organizations and government.

Our organization has strong networks and database profiles of this area of Nepal. TEAM Nepal is acting as change agent to advocate increased development speed in the 21st century, the age of global citizenship and human welfare. Our organization consists of devoted and dedicated members and numbers of honorable volunteers and specialists.

TEAM Nepal is working in the front line for changing the society. We aim to achieve everything together, we want to work within a TEAM, for common goals. And also want to bridge the gap between the local community and volunteers, foreign donors and community development frontiers from around the world. In addition we are also committed to developing more access for the locals with the outside world . When carrying out this work, TEAM Nepal will emphasize to start advanced social life while preserving social norms and values, and work against all types of anti-social activities.

We are using our expertise in research management and co-operation to extend the capacity of local NGOs through research demonstration, technology transfer, training, awareness, camping and more. TEAM Nepal is also emphasizing institutional development addressing the potentiality of NGOs in the development race and co-ordination with development agencies.
